We were looking for a new residence in the Bayside area for a range of reasons. We initially inspected a completed apartment at Pavilion Green and saw the Sea & Sky display while we were there.
Our experience in the display was excellent. Leone guided us through all aspects of the project and let us look around at our own pace. We didn’t feel any pressure, and any questions that we had were answered promptly.
Communication from Auyin was excellent throughout the buying process. They always kept us in the loop with construction and settlement updates and were very supportive, helping us juggle the move from our previous apartment. We are very grateful for their assistance; they certainly surpassed our expectations in their efforts to help us.
We absolutely love our new apartment! The living area is much larger than our previous apartment which has made a huge difference. The finishes are all very high quality, and they have been completed to a high standard. A couple of minor defect issues are all being addressed by the builder, who has been very proactive and easy to communicate with.
There’s a lovely sense of community – we have been to a function at Pavilion Green in the resident retreat which was organised by the residents. It’s been great to meet other people living in our precinct. We’ve already used the car wash and the dog wash, and Brendan has used the Work Space for a couple of meetings. The landscaping is beautiful – we’re looking forward to seeing how the precinct will be completed with the upcoming third building.
Overall, the experience of buying an apartment at Sea & Sky has been very positive. From our initial meeting in the display suite to settlement and moving in, everything went very well. The building manager has been fantastic, there’s a wonderful community feel, and we are really enjoying living here.
