Finding the words to describe my delight with Sea and Sky poses quite the challenge. As someone who had never before purchased an off-the-plan property, and had no family members with this experience, it was a somewhat nerve-wracking decision. However, from day 1 when I walked into the display and met Leone there was no doubt in my mind that I’d be making the right choice to purchase a Sea & Sky apartment through Leone and Edwina.
Once she heard my priorities in a home, Leone told me about the apartment she thought would suit me best and she has absolutely nailed it! Together, Leone and Edwina walked me through the process of purchasing an off-the-plan property, listened to and answered all my questions be they in person or via email, and were kind and patient at every step of the way.
The communication from Leone and Edwina has been impeccable. In the 12 months from signing the contract to settlement, I was kept up to date with all developments in the construction of the building and in the unfolding timeline. At no point did I feel lost or confused about what was to happen next, or when to complete each step of the process. Quite often my emails to Leone and Edwina received a same-day response.
The apartment itself is an absolute delight. The style is clean, modern, and fresh, while being sufficiently flexible to allow the occupier to bring their own style through furniture and other furnishings. Natural light floods the apartment, through large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors, and the use of smoked glass wardrobe mirrors and kitchen splashback to reflect the light further. And if that still didn’t provide sufficient light, the many, many recessed lights and copious number of powerpoints through the apartment ensure additional lighting and appliances can be used.
Generally speaking, the quality of the apartment, and additional shared spaces (hallways, foyer, gardens, movie room, dining room, workspace, and wine storage) is excellent.
I am thrilled to have purchased a Sea & Sky apartment and strongly recommend others do the same. I could not have imagined a better outcome for the entire process.
