As Sandringham locals, we were familiar with Sea & Sky’s location, and were impressed with how professionally it was presented. At our first visit to the display, we were very impressed with Leone and how knowledgeable she was. We had visited other display suites that weren’t nearly as well-presented, so it was a great first impression.
This set the course for a great experience – from the very start we felt confident in the whole arrangement and what it was going to be like. We had a lot of questions in the display suite and we never felt like anything was too much trouble. If Leone or Edwina didn’t know the answer at the time, they would find out and get back to us very promptly.
We especially loved the live video of the building in the display suite which showed the construction progress. We’d receive email updates from Leone which stated what progress was happening, and we could see from the live video that the updates were spot on. This further enhanced our confidence in the off-the-plan process. We felt that we were kept very well informed throughout every stage of construction through to settlement.
The settlement process was seamless. Communication was frequent, so we were always aware of what was happening and Auyin were very supportive as we moved in. We are very happy with the quality of the apartment and even more so with the post-settlement care – refreshingly, we have had the builder chasing us because they are so keen to help resolve the minor defects that we have. The Erin Living app has made this a very smooth process with all communications tracked in one place. We feel very well looked after.
We attended a function in the Pavilion Green resident retreat which was a great opportunity to get to know our neighbours and community. We see people meeting down in the garden with their dogs to chat – everyone has been so friendly and because we are all new, we make the effort to say hello and introduce ourselves.
Overall, we would rate our experience of buying an apartment at Sea & Sky ten out of ten. It has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are very, very happy with our apartment and have told many of our friends how professional and seamless the whole process has been. We have met so many new friends and are looking forward to a happy future at Sea & Sky.
