Finance Valuations
A priority if you are seeking finance for your apartment.
Ground – Level 3
Valuation appointments have been a priority for our team on site with valuations of Ground – Level 3 almost complete. We have been busy on site assisting with access for Finance Valuers, with a small number of apartments on Ground – Level 3 still awaiting valuation. If you have not yet booked in your Finance Valuation, a reminder to please ask your bank or financier to contact our settlement team to book this in straight away.
Level 4 – Level 6
Valuations for apartments on Levels 4 – 6 will commence from this Monday 16 October.
Again, if you have not done so already, we encourage you to book
in your valuation with the settlement team as soon as possible.
Construction Update
Camillo have their full team on site ensuring the quality delivery of each and every aspect of Sea & Sky. The quality assurance program is now focussing on apartments on Levels 5 and 6.
Car parks have been line marked, road and pedestrian access have also been completed.
The resident amenity spaces are coming together beautifully, with the new custom furniture on site.

Introduction to the Building Manager
We are proud to welcome and introduce you to Thesura Ranathunga,
your Sea & Sky and Pavilion Green Building Manager.
Thesura will be based in The Retreat, located within the existing Pavilion Green building from Monday to Friday 7.30am–4pm (excluding public holidays).
