Pre-settlement Inspections
Pre-settlement inspections have successfully been completed with Camillo Builders working through rectifying any defects raised during the inspection process.
Settlement Timing
The team is working through the final pieces of the puzzle to get the certificate of occupancy and the titles registered. Once both these items are achieved it will trigger the call for settlement.
Your solicitor / conveyancer will be updated as these items progress. We are still on track for completion and calling for settlement by the end of November.
MYBOS App
Once we call for settlements you will receive your individual login & password for MYBOS via email.
Download the MYBOS app on App Store or Google Play. You can then access the app to book your move in with the building manager. Please note, you can only move in after your settlement has taken place.
