Call for Settlement

We are pleased to announce that Titles and Certificate of Occupancy have now been issued, triggering settlement for your apartment.

Official correspondence has been sent to your solicitor/conveyancer regarding your upcoming settlement this week with details.

NEXT STEPS

Your solicitor is your best contact for all settlement related queries.

Please contact your solicitor/conveyancer to confirm which date they can book in settlement of your apartment. Once settlement has been finalised, we will be able to schedule in a handover of your keys.

All move in bookings are to be requested via the MYBOS App for residents.

An email was sent to you containing your unique login and password for the MYBOS App.

To access, download the MUBOS app on the App Store or Google Play. Please note, you can only collect keys and move in after settlement has officially taken place.
